Lohi Consulting worked with other consultants under the Education Reform programme to restructure the entire education sector with emphasis on Ministry and parastatals restructuring. Lohi Consulting was specifically responsible for the reengineering of Headquarters processes within the five restructured departments – Finance & Administration, Policy, Planning, Management & Research, Tertiary Education, Basic & Secondary and ICT.
Moulding Technologies Limited
Moulding Technologies engaged Lohi Consulting to recruit its pioneer staff as it seeks to establish an architectural décor manufacturing firm. The project involved designing and developing test instruments, job placements, recruiting and selection, job interviews and selection of candidates.
BGL Securities/Daar Communications Limited
Daar Communications in its bid to recapitalise and expand its shareholding to the public engaged BGL Securities to assess its current organisation and recommend optimal structures that will endear the public to acquiring Daar Communication shares. Out of a larger scope of work, BGL mandated Lohi Consulting to perform an HR diagnostics on the entire organisation and propose an efficient management team.
Zinox Technologies Limited
Lohi Consulting worked with the Zinox group (comprising Task Systems Limited, Zinox and Technology Distributions) to review their Human Capital Management capabilities. Lohi Consulting worked with the HR team to assess employee satisfaction, using a broad-based questionnaire and interview techniques, policies and procedures for the organisation. The project also involved the development of job descriptions, HR policies and procedures and a performance management system.
Unilever Nigeria Plc
Lohi Consulting assisted Unilever’s audit team with the task for mapping and documenting key financial controls in the entire organization and at 2 locations. The project was aimed at ensuring the organization is compliant with the Sarbannes/Oxley Act, section 404.
Negris Limited
Negris is an indigenous Engineering Services Company established twenty-five years ago to provide engineering services. Today, Negris has built up an enviable reputation providing services to the Oil and Gas, Energy and other industrial sectors in Nigeria. Lohi Consulting was approached by Negris to assist the organisation restructure its internal capabilities. In a project tagged “Capability Improvement Project”, Lohi succeeded in working with top management to develop a virile organisation structure that will assist Negris in providing their services to their clients. As part of the project, Lohi Consulting was involved with the following major tasks:
- Perform Business Diagnostics including Human Resources diagnostics
- Perform skills audit of staff within Negris
- Assisted with the sourcing, recruitment and selection of key personnel
- Developed a staff performance management system including an application that can be used to monitor performance

Global Infoswift Technologies
Lohi Consulting provided project management capabilities for Global Infoswift in the execution of a major engagement in the implementation of Veritas High Availability and Netbackup tools. The project (tagged SANKOFA) aimed to enable one of Nigeria’s largest telecommunication firm reduce its downtime of its Information Systems.
Nextzon Limited
Lohi Consulting worked with Heirs Alliance (now Nextzon) for twelve weeks on the implementation of a Credit Transformation project for a top commercial bank with branches across the country. The ultimate result is the optimisation of service delivery to its customers.
National eGovernment Strategies Limited (NeGSt)
In a bid to enthrone transparency, accountability in the nation's polity, especially in the public sector, the National Electronic-Government Strategies Limited (NeGSt) was inauguration on the 8th of March, 2004, at Abuja, with the mandate to implement the Nigerian e-Government project. NeGSt is a collaborative effort between the Federal government and 14 other strategic partners; these include technology providers, banks and private investors. Lohi Consulting worked with Heirs Alliance (now Nextzon) to develop organizational structures and processes.
Don Mitchell & Company
Lohi Consulting collaborated with Don Mitchell, for eight weeks, on the integration process involving the merger of three entities to evolve the entity, Springbank Nigeria Plc, one of the recently approved banks by Central Bank of Nigeria.
